Our strength training is based on taking your functional movement and improving several components of performance: mobility, stability, endurance, strength, coordination, and power. Basically, it’s going to make your better at doing physical stuff. The more fit you are, the more fun you have.
Nearly everyone has a weak link in their body. Attending strength classes will help your instructor identify the weak leak in your performance. Once you’ve been evaluated you will be coached through improving that weak link and maintaining your strengths to achieve balance. Physical balance is how both recreational and elite athletes/hobbyists continue to enjoy years of physical performance in the mountains and on the field.
Our classes include exercise variety including TRX straps, kettlebells, steel maces, barbell, bodyweight, agility ladder, rope, balance and floor exercises for core development.
Here’s our recommendation for progression through classes from lowest intensity to highest:
