My foundation is based in Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine and my super power is working with people to heal injury and return to the activities they love stronger than ever.  With a love for travel and studying ancient healing modalities, I became more in tune with holistic wellness and applying the four aspects of well-being; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, into my practice.  Based on 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, I created a healing protocol rooted in the Ancient Wisdoms of The Medicine Wheel and Modern Medical modalities integrated as a solution to greater integrity, integration, and efficiency within a healthcare system and offering the tools to create a lifestyle of healthy living and ease.

Why I Created Medicine Wheel Wellness and Love the Jackson Hole Community: I created Medicine Wheel Wellness to offer people greater healthcare opportunities and a variety of services integrating the best in health and wellness through a system that is natural, efficient, accessible, and offers long term change. 

I love being a part of the JH community because it functions in a dynamic atmosphere. People are very educated, healthy, and are driven for success so it requires a step beyond the ordinary to serve our community's needs. This quality created opportunity to build a wellness center that can serve more people at any level of health to find balance within their current lifestyle and achieve their dreams. 


Health and Wellness Ritual I Live By: My morning ritual is a cup of Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee for a healthy boost of energy.  My daily ritual is offering compassion for people's differences, and my evening ritual is Sound Therapy; binaural beats programs off YouTube to be exact. Whether its at night because I'm feeling restless or want to recover from a busy pace, I feel adding this modality into my daily life either for 5 minutes or 5 hours has made a great impact on my abilities and outlook.

  • Join in for this healing and movement based rehab-fitness class to increase awareness and attention to your Spinal Stability and Core Strength. Release stress, compression, and tension of your spine, improve mobility, stability and core strength to decrease pain, prevent injury, and enhance performance for better function and a more fulfilling life.

  • Full Moon InnerDance
  • InnerDance is not a dance, nor a meditation or form of Shavasana although many experience an altered state of mind and gain deep insights and realizations as the practice is truly about experiencing an awakened dream cycle taking place on our first Full Moon of 2019!

    InnerDance can be described as a music-based journey that provides for participants to dive deep within themselves and release blockages and gain higher self-love and acceptance.

    When you lie down on a yoga mat (please bring yours if you have one), music will be played to invite your thoughts into purposeful brainwave patterns simulating our natural dream state.

    The Facilitator(s) offer healing touch and gentle massage, play instruments, sound bowls, and offer natural medicines like essential oils to assist in deepening your experience. That is all that can be observed on the outside but what happens on the inside is a totally different story as you flow through the wave of your own InnerDance.

  • BackBody Yoga, All Levels
  • Join Francine Bartlett, DPT, ATC, RYT-200 for this gentle yoga class to increase awareness and attention to your "Back Body".  Release stress, compression, and tension, improve mobility, stability, balance, and strength to decrease pain, prevent injury, and enhance performance for better function and a more fulfilling life. 
    All levels welcome. 

  • Total Body Rehab-Fitness, All Levels
  • Rehab Fitness: Total Body is ideal for those recovering from any body injury or looking to prevent injury and enhance performance by improving form, function, balance, strength, and stability. Learn exercises to strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize from your feet to your neck to improve your overall health and get in shape for that next adventure.

  • Restorative Yoga-Touch, All Levels
  • The Restorative Yoga-Touch class incorporates holding longer passive poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to relax, stretch, reduce physical and mental tension, and gain clarity through a guided meditation. Therapeutic-grade essential oils are diffused into the air and applied topically with gentle massage in each pose to areas of the body that tend to hold stress.  Restore your inner senses during Shavasana to the singing frequencies of crystal sound bowls for a total body, mind, and spirit healing experience.

  • Upper Body Rehab-Fitness, Level 1-2
  • Rehab Fitness: Upper body emphasizes rotator cuff and scapular stabilization exercises which can decrease symptoms associated with impingement, instability, biceps tendonitis, as well as postural imbalances. This class is ideal for those recovering from a shoulder, spine or other upper body injuries or for those looking to prevent injury and improve posture, function and stability.

     

  • Lower Body Rehab-Fitness, Level 1-2
  • Rehab Fitness: Lower Body is ideal for those recovering from a lower body injury or looking to prevent injury and enhance performance by improving form, function, balance, strength, and stability. Learn exercises to strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize your lower body to improve your knee health and get in shape for that next adventure.
