Schedule: This class is offered Monday evenings 6:45-8pm in the Fitness Studio at Medicine Wheel Wellness & Excel Physical Therapy Gym and Tuesdays 6:30am (program option includes choice on 1 class time either Monday eve or Tues AM)

You will be challenged in the second half to develop total body strength, balance, mobility, cardio, and endurance in a conditioning format workout that incorporates the TRX suspension training system. Suspension training is excellent for assisting in challenging movements, and the difficulty is controlled by each individual.
