I am the Founder, Owner, and Director of Medicine Wheel Wellness and co-own Excel Physical Therapy, the initial therapeutic service that set the foundation for Medicine Wheel Wellness. My practice as a Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer, and Yoga Instructor coupled with a passion for travel led into deeper studies in the healing methods of global and local cultures. I believe to achieve optimal health and wellness it requires a holistic approach with a balance of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life.
I enjoy working with all ages and injuries/conditions, but with a 25 year history in orthopedic sports medicine, I specialize in athletic injury recovery, particularly knee rehab. I am the Medical Education Director of Opedix Kinetic Health Gear hold certifications in Z-Health, SportsMetrics, KinesioTaping, Reflexology, Yoga, Dry Needling, Reiki, Thai Massage, and Kettlebell Training.

Restorative Yoga-Touch, All Levels
Restorative Yoga-Touch incorporates holding longer passive yoga poses on the floor supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to stretch, reduce physical tension and mental stress while restoring breath and clarity of intentions. Therapeutic-grade essential oils are diffused into the air and applied topically to ease emotions and promote a healthy body while crystal sound bowls play to create an energetic flow in the room for further release.

Knee Rehab & Conditioning, Level 1-2
Knee Rehab & Conditioning, Level 1-2 is ideal for those recovering from a knee injury or looking to prevent injury and enhance performance by improving form, function, balance, strength, and stability. Learn exercises to strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize your lower body to improve your knee health and get in shape for that next adventure.

Strength Circuit has been designed to provide a total body workout emphasizing mobility, core stability, strength, and cardiovascular health using functional bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, steel maces, TRX suspension straps and a variety of tools from your instructors.
