AcroYoga is the combination of acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts. It is a partner based practice that helps to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus. It’s a fun way to exercise and create art at the same time. It is also an incredible communication, trust, and teamwork builder.
Come learn from the ground up. No experience is needed, but is encouraged for this level 2-3 class. Come by yourself or with a friend.
